Agency09 has announced an expanded leadership structure across its creative, design, technology, media, business and regional operations.

Saheb Singh will lead growth and expansion, overseeing new business, strategic partnerships and integrated solutions. He was previously director - strategy and had joined the agency in 2017 as a social media executive. 

Furthermore, Rakesh Gawas has been elevated as head brand and design, focusing on brand thinking, positioning and design systems. He previously served as art director and joined in 2014.

Chaitali Rajadhyaksha will now head production, overseeing planning, craft and delivery across formats. Rajadhyaksha was previously group art director and had joined Agency09 in 2015 as idea sculptor. 

Ketan Shivadekar will take charge of creative direction and AI Labs, focusing on creative direction and AI-led ideas and workflows. He joined in 2022 and has been serving as creative director since then till his recent elevation. 

Aniket Sakpal will focus on growth – key accounts, identifying opportunities across existing client relationships. He was previously head - brand operations and joined Agency09 in 2017 as project executive.  

The structure also includes Aditya Jadhav, who will lead tactical design projects. Jadhav previously held the position of art director and joined in 2015 as idea sculptor. 

Yogendra Vishwakaarma will work across strategic collaborations and projects, handling key projects and collaborations. He previously served as assistant vice president, brand ops and joined the agency in 2016 as junior account executive. 

Uma Chavan and Chandra Suthar will jointly oversee keyword and organic brand discovery, covering organic growth, search performance, online brand image and discoverability across traditional and AI-led platforms.

Chavan was previously a keyword manager and joined in 2016, serving in the same role till her recent elevation. Suthar previously worked as senior manager - planning and strategy and moved to Agency09 in 2019 as senior brand supervisor. 

The expanded leadership team will work alongside Agency09’s existing management, including founder and CEO Tushar Khakhar, co-founder and head - content Gautam Anand, co-founder and head - technology Bipeen Nadgauda, head - culture Archita Arekar and chief strategy officer Rajesh Patalia.
