Jitender Dabas is set to join Omnicom Advertising Group as CEO, BBDO group.

Sources close to the development confirmed this news. 

He joins from Cheil X, where he served as CEO.

In his new role, Dabas will lead Omnicom Advertising Group in India, which includes agencies such as BBDO, Ulka and Mudra.

He will work closely with Josy Paul, chief creative officer, BBDO India.
