Wondrlab has announced the promotion of Rinesh Jayarathne from integration director to integration lead. In his new role, Rinesh will spearhead some of the agency's most prominent client portfolios, ensuring seamless collaboration across its full-funnel offering. 

Before joining Wondrlab, Jayarathne served a brief stint as group growth officer at dentsu Grant in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

He also served as a director on the board of The Accredited Advertising Agencies Association (4As) in Sri Lanka for a period of four years from 2018 to 2022. 

In a career spanning over 15 years, he has worked with agencies such as the Leo Burnett Group and Magic Mango, among others.
