Manifest’s hunt for the country’s most promising ad filmmakers is back. The second edition of ‘India’s Next Top 10 Directors’ will take place in Mumbai this September.

Entries for the event are now open.

D&AD, a global non-profit that supports excellence in design and art direction in commercial creativity, has partnered with Manifest for the second edition of the awards.

There is no participation fee for this event. Through this event, Manifest aims to recognise and celebrate emerging talent in advertising filmmaking, spotlighting ten standout directors.  

The awards will be judged by top filmmakers and chief creative officers from India and overseas, and are aimed at raising the bar for creative excellence in branded storytelling.

To enter these awards, directors must submit their advertising showreel (either through unlisted YouTube links or Vimeo links). 

Ad film makers with under seven years of experience will be eligible to enter and win at the awards.

Entries close on 23 August.

The winners will be announced at an on-ground live event held in Mumbai this September to celebrate 'India's Next Top 10 Directors' and their work.
