Ram Madhvani Films, Equinox Films and Equinox Virtual, have announced leadership changes. 

While Ram Madhvani continues as founder and chairperson of the group, Amita Madhvani, co-founder, has taken on the additional role of CEO for the group companies.

Amita's expanded role will focus on scaling the companies’ creative and commercial ambitions, strengthening long-term partnerships, and accelerating expansion into new formats and technologies.

Manoj Shroff, business head and executive producer, and Khvafar Vakharia, business head and creative executive producer, will lead the advertising (Equinox Films) and AI and tech-led content initiatives (Equinox Virtual) respectively.

Ram Madhvani said, “The most important thing for us is reinvention. This allows us to stay open to new technologies and forms of storytelling with depth and meaning while remaining firmly rooted in our culture. For me it’s important to have a vision and pass it on whether it’s in films, series, advertising, VR, AI and newer forms of storytelling yet to come.
