Hakuhodo India has announced leadership changes at Hakuhodo.Sync with two appointments. 

Ranjeev Vij has been appointed as managing partner, while Ruchi Kohli has been handed the role of senior business partner. 

Vij moves from TBWA\ India where he was executive director and managing director. On the other hand, Kohli moves from Cheil after a stint of almost eight years, where she was most recently serving as the deputy general manager - account planning.

In the past, Vij has worked with BBDO, McCann Worldgroup, and Ogilvy, among others, whereas, Kohli has worked with organisations including RK Swamy BBDO, Imrb International.
