Malini Agarwal, the founder of MissMalini Entertainment, announced that she has stepped down from her role as creative director at the company, marking her departure from the platform she launched in 2008.
Posting the update on a social networking site, Agarwal wrote: “After years of love, laughter & oodles of glam, I’m officially moving on from my role as Creative Director at MissMalini Entertainment to begin a whole new adventure.”
The move follows the acquisition of MissMalini Entertainment by marketing and content agency Creativefuel, founded by brothers Nikhil and Tushar Sukhramani, from The Good Glamm Group (GGG) in April in a deal valued at INR 6 crore, according to sources.
The acquisition includes the MissMalini domain and its social media assets, while the talent management arm of the business will remain under the ownership of GGG.
Agarwal did not disclose her future plans.
The digital lifestyle blogging platform brand became part of the GGG's content portfolio after it was acquired by the Group in 2021, and a new venture, Good Creator Co., was formed.
