Radhika Dhuru has been elevated to the role of executive creative director at Open Strategy & Design.

Dhuru joined the organisation in 2019 as creative director. Prior to this, she was working with Clay Design Strategy.

In the past, she has worked with J Walter Thompson Worldwide, DY Works and Umbrella Design.
