Fulcrum Digital has announced the appointment of Gulveen Kaur as senior vice president- insurance. Her appointment further strengthens the company’s leadership team and reinforces its commitment to driving domain-led digital innovation.

Kaur will lead Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice, providing strategic and execution leadership across technology solutions, products, and services. She will focus on strengthening the company’s value proposition and expanding its insurance footprint worldwide by leveraging Fulcrum’s expertise in digital engineering, business services, automation, and AI-led innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform and solutions.

She moves from Capgemini, where she was vice president - head of delivery SEA for insurance and banking.
