Coursera has announced the appointment of Ashutosh Gupta as managing director for India and Asia Pacific.
In this role, he will lead the online learning platform’s enterprise business across the region, working closely with companies, campuses, and governments to equip students, citizens, and employees with skills for the digital economy.
Most recently, Gupta served as operating partner at Avataar Ventures.
Prior to that, he held the role of country manager at LinkedIn India.

In a career spanning over 24 years, Gupta has worked at Google, Cognizant, and Infosys, across India and Southeast Asia regions.
