L'Oréal has announced leadership changes with two key transitions to deepen its strategic engagement in India.
Aseem Kaushik has been appointed as chairperson, L'Oréal India, while Jacques Lebel assumes the role of country manager, L'Oréal India.
Both appointments will be effective 1 October, 2025.
Kaushik's mandate will focus on enhancing corporate reputation, managing public affairs, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving corporate social responsibility initiatives across the country.
He was serving as the managing director for the organisation since 2023. He has been associated with L'Oréal since 1995, holding various leadership roles over nearly three decades.
Lebel previously served as general manager - consumers products division for L'Oréal Mexico. This is his second stint with the organisation, having joined in 2022.
Lebel's first stint with L'Oréal was from 2006 to 2010. In a career spanning over two decades, he has worked with Procter & Gamble and AB InBev.
