Cricketer KL Rahul and actor Athiya Shetty have come on board as strategic investors in smart devices brand Qubo, the company announced on Tuesday, 29 April.
The investment marks a celebrity-backed bet on India’s expanding smart home and connected mobility market.
Qubo, launched in 2019 under Hero Electronix, operates in categories such as dashcams, AI-powered security cameras, smart door locks and video doorbells, offering products built on an integrated technology ecosystem.
The company is expected to leverage the couple’s public visibility as it looks to strengthen its positioning among urban, tech-oriented consumers.
