Niva Bupa Health Insurance has announced the elevation of Nimish Agrawal to the position of director, digital business unit and chief marketing officer. In this expanded role, Agrawal will continue to lead the company’s marketing efforts while also spearheading the digital business unit—one of Niva Bupa’s most strategic and profitable channels, the company said in a statement.

Agarwal took to LinkedIn to share the development.  

Agarwal completes four years at the insurance firm, having joined in June 2021 as senior vice president and head of marketing and digital sales. He was elevated to executive vice president and CMO in May 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as head of marketing at Naukri.com.

In a career spanning 17 years, Agarwal has worked with organisations including AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings, Britannia Industries and Henekel CEE, among others.
