Google partners with ICC for women's cricket

The announcement comes ahead of the ODI World Cup which will be held in India in September and October 2025.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) and Google have entered a partnership.

Through this partnership, ICC will use Google's technology to enhance support in women's sports, increasing fan engagement and increasing accessibility.

The deal, which is only in place for women's cricket, comes ahead of the Women's ODI World Cup, which will be held in India, in September this year, and the T20 World Cup, which will be held in England and Wales in 2026.

Google will be using its products including Android, Gemini, Google Pay and Google Pixel, as part of this partnership.
