Havas has created a chief strategy officer role and elevated Raphaël de Andréis to that position.
Reporting directly to Yannick Bolloré, chairperson and CEO, Havas, Andréis, will work with leaders of the creative, media, health, and content at scale networks to shape global strategy, guide the brand portfolio roadmap, and accelerate alignment across the Havas Villages.
The role is designed to bring together creativity, data, technology, and execution within a single integrated, future-ready vision, powered by the Group’s Operating System, Converged.AI.
Andréis will also aim to ensure strategic consistency across the organisation while accelerating collaboration between networks and disciplines.
The role is expected to support an even more efficient delivery model and further strengthen Havas’ differentiation in the market.
Through this appointment, Havas reaffirms its commitment to strategic relevance, operational convergence, and measurable business impact.
Andréis was previously the CEO, France and Italy and chairperson Havas Creative Network, Spain, Portugal and Germany.
He joined the company in 2015 president director general chairperson and CEO, Havas Media Group - France.
