Your 5PM to 9PM routine after your 9 to 5?

My 5-9 PM is all about my kids. It starts with park time, some play, some laughs, and a chat about their day. Then it's the bedtime routine: stories, getting them ready, and tucking them in. After they're asleep, I make sure to get an hour to myself before heading to bed.

A book or show you recently read/watched that you would recommend?

The Celestine Prophecy and Tuesdays with Morrie are both deeply moving reads. For shows, check out Severance and The Studio. I was hooked by their sharp storytelling, stunning visuals, and overall creative inspiration.

What wins would you like to celebrate from the last six months or a year, at work or in life?

Work-wise, loads of great campaigns, milestones, and new clients! But personally, nailing the balance between work and life with two little kids. That’s my biggest win!

Which industry leader has impacted you the most?

Different leaders inspire me in different ways. Ratan Tata for empathy and purpose-driven leadership. Steve Jobs for innovation. And in the Indian A&M space, the impact of late Piyush Pandey is undeniable. Known as the 'father of Indian advertising,' Pandey's books and teachings have most deeply influenced my approach to advertising, brand storytelling, and creative development.

The biggest development in the A&M industry this month...

AI, hands down - game-changers like OpenAI's new browser, ChatGPT Atlas, and the video tool, SORA. From these launches to the evolving social media features, AI is reshaping how we create, optimise, and personalise marketing, all while keeping the human touch alive.

A recent ad film from the previous month that caught your attention...

The Uber Eats 'College Program' film is absolute gold! The concept is bizarre, witty, and perfectly on-point, communicating the offering most memorably.
