Publicis Groupe India’s digital agency, Saatchi Propagate, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Mankhand as EVP and head of consumer experience (CX).
Mankhand will be responsible for the agency’s CX practice, focused on integrating strategy, data, content, platform innovation, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable impact for brands.
This is Mankhand’s second stint with the group. He was with Publicis Groupe in 2021, serving as senior vice president and head - delivery, Indigo Consulting.
He was previously at Oliver+, where he was business head for e-commerce and technology services.
Reporting to Paritosh Srivastava, CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Saatchi Propagate India, Mankhand will work closely with Prachi Bali, EVP and business head, Saatchi Propagate India and Snehasis Bose, group chief strategy officer, Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India and Saatchi Propagate India.
