YAAP has announced the appointment of Nishant Radia as head - platforms and Ajay Mishra as chief technology officer.

In his new role, Radia will lead YAAP’s platforms and products charter, with a mandate to build and scale proprietary technology, data intelligence frameworks, and owned platforms across influencer marketing, content intelligence, brand performance analytics, and creator ecosystems. 

Mishra will be responsible for the group’s overall technology architecture, engineering excellence, data infrastructure, and AI roadmap.

This leadership announcement coincides with the launch of YAAP’s dedicated tech hub in Noida, envisioned as the group’s central nerve centre for product engineering, AI-led innovation, data science, and platform development.
