Tilt Brand Solutions has appointed Sandeep Nair as executive vice president and head - consulting to lead and scale ConsulT, its specialised brand consulting division.

Nair most recently was co-founder, David & Who. 

ConsulT will serve as the strategic front-end of Tilt, offering consulting across growth strategy, brand strategy, portfolio and architecture, and brand identity systems. 

The practice is designed for businesses at different moments of change, from early-stage ventures translating founder instinct into strong brands, to growth-stage companies outgrowing their original positioning, to established legacy brands seeking sharper relevance and newer growth. 

ConsulT aims to help clients make critical brand choices – what the brand should stand for, who it should serve, where it has the right to win, and how it should play to win. These choices will shape the brand system, thus helping businesses define direction, unlock value, and compete more effectively.
