Founded on the belief that meaningful storytelling stems from collaboration, Entourage Films is building a creative system where collaborators, especially women, can come together on independent voices. The production house is cultivating a culture rooted in openess, creative freedom and emotionally resonant storytelling.
Entourage Films was launched with a clear and deeply personal vision. “The idea behind the launch of Entourage Films was simple: to create films we truly believe in, to collaborate with directors whose vision inspires us, and to build a space where more women professionals across age groups, backgrounds, and cultures can come together and work with us,” said Garima Arora, founder and executive producer.
The ambition was never limited to building another production house. Instead, it was about creating a creative ecosystem where talented people, perspectives, and ideas could come together without barriers.
At the heart of Entourage Films is a belief in opportunity without boundaries. “Our aim of opening up opportunities is not limited to this country alone. We want women from anywhere in the world to pursue their passion and make their dreams come true,” she added.
That outlook continues to shape the company’s approach, fostering an environment where collaboration, creative freedom, and diverse perspectives are encouraged to thrive.
“What sets us apart is that we believe in a system without hierarchy. We treat everyone equally, ensuring that every individual has a voice and the right to express their opinions.”
“Today. 80% of directors work as freelancers, and we believe that this model works best creatively. It allows us to explore a wide range of genres and collaborate with diverse directors.”
“Every director brings a unique perspective to a project, adding something fresh and distinctive to the creative process. There is something beautiful about working on different projects with different directors.”
Entourage Films’ openness to varied creative perspectives has become a defining characteristic of the production house, while continuing to support a wide spectrum of storytelling and projects.
“Many agencies today actively prefer female directors because a lot of them are doing genuinely brilliant work,” Garima remarked.
These filmmakers often bring fresh perspectives and emotional depth to projects, along with an enthusiasm that naturally shapes the creative process. “More importantly, many female directors are enthusiastic and excited, and that energy reflects in the work that we all do together,” she added.

As the production landscape continues to evolve, Entourage Films is carving out a space that prioritises creative freedom, collective growth, and inclusive collaboration, demonstrating that powerful storytelling can emerge from environments built on equality, trust, and shared purpose.
