Philips India has elevated Smit Janak Shukla as country head, Philips Personal Health for the Indian subcontinent. 

He was previously the consumer marketing lead, Philips Personal Health ISC Zone, having joined the company in 2024. 

In a career spanning over 15 years, he has also worked with Urban Company and Reckitt, among others.
