Food Square has announced the appointment of Bhavana Singh as chief marketing officer.

Singh moves to the premium grocery brand store, from The Bombay Shirt Company, where she was VP - brand and communications. 

With her appointment, Food Square is aiming to expand from two stores in Mumbai, to a pan-India presence. She will lead brand, marketing and growth.

She said, “There’s something magical about stumbling upon an ingredient you didn’t know you needed. Great grocery shopping should spark ideas, not just fill a list. That’s what I want Food Square to deliver: exciting, accessible finds that turn everyday meals into something special.”

She has also had stints with Burson, MSL and Ketchum.
