Adsgrove Digital, a marketing agency, has appointed Aanchal Kapoor as chief executive officer. 

Kapoor will be joining hands with founder Rajkumar Singh, ex-vice president, ANS Commerce, and will oversee the branding and performance operations of the agency. 

She moves from Madison World, where she was business director.

In a career spanning over a decade, she has also worked with PHD, FCB Ulka and upGrad, among others.
