Sunny Side Up strengthens Bengaluru team with senior hires

Appoints Tashina A as SVP; onboards Aswirbaad Das, Farhat Shaukat, Tanya Kapool, and Shyam Nair across key creative and business roles.

Sunny Side Up has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team in Bengaluru, onboarding leaders across business, creative, and design verticals. 

Tashina A has been appointed senior vice president, mandated to drive new business and lead strategic growth for the agency.

Previously, she was unit head – Bangalore at Creativeland Asia. In a career spanning over 16 years, she has also worked with Ogilvy, Dentsu Webchutney, and Saatchi, among other organisations. Her appointment underscores Sunny Side Up’s intent to strengthen its business development engine and expand into new categories.

Shyam Nair joins as creative director, with the mandate to spearhead the next chapter of the agency’s creative vision. Prior to this, he was creative director at FCB Ulka. With past stints at McCann and Dentsu, Nair’s role will focus on elevating the agency’s creative output and shaping a unified, future-ready creative culture.

Farhat Shaukat has been appointed creative director – design, entrusted with building on the agency’s design foundation. 
With experience across Vice Media, The Bold Creative, and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide, Shaukat’s addition strengthens the agency’s design practice that spans identity systems, brand worlds, packaging, and digital design.

Tanya Kapool has joined as director – client services, to lead account management and contribute to the agency’s business growth. She has worked previously with FCB and Schbang. Her focus will be on strengthening client relationships and building high-performance account teams.

Aswirbaad Das has been appointed associate creative director. Having previously worked at DDB and MullenLowe. He will work closely with the creative leadership to scale the agency’s storytelling and digital-first creative work.
