Varun Berry has stepped down from his role as vice-chairperson, managing director, and chief executive officer, Britannia Industries. His last day was on 10 November 2025, marking an end to his 12-year stint with the company.

As reported earlier, Rakshit Hargave has been appointed as the new managing director and chief executive officer and will take on the role from 15 December. He moves from Birla Opus after a four-year stint, where he was serving as the CEO.

N Venkataraman, who is currently serving as the executive director and chief financial officer, will take on the additional role of CEO till the joining of Hargave.
