NeoLiv, a fund-led real estate development platform, has announced the elevation of Chandan Kar as chief marketing officer.
In his new role, Kar will oversee a broad portfolio spanning brand, marketing, corporate communications, public relations, AI-led initiatives, revenue, and customer experience.
His mandate includes aligning brand strategy with business outcomes, strengthening market positioning, and driving integrated growth across the organisation.
This leadership transition comes at a pivotal time for NeoLiv as it accelerates its expansion plans.
Kar will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance marketing effectiveness, optimise customer journeys, and unlock new revenue streams, while also building a cohesive brand narrative, deepening stakeholder engagement, and delivering integrated communication strategies tailored to modern homebuyers and investors.
He was previously the founding member and partner and had joined the company in 2023.
