Hyundai Motor India has announced changes to its senior management personnel in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The company has appointed Madhurendra Malu, vertical head – Genesis, as senior management personnel with effect from 16 February 2026. 

He moves from JSW MG Motor India, where he was head of sales for MG Select Luxury. In a career spanning over 22 years, he has also worked with Skoda and Maruti Suzuki, among others. 

In a corresponding move, Anuraag Singh, vertical head, has been excluded from the list of senior management personnel effective the same date due to a change in reporting structure. 

The disclosure was submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE and has also been uploaded on the company’s website.
