Your 5 to 9 routine after your 9 to 5?

I hit the gym every day at 7 pm, and the rest of the evening is spent with my kids. Catching up on their piano recitals and putting them to bed, which is the favourite part of my day.

A book or show that you have watched recently that you would recommend…

One of the books that I’m reading is Co-Intelligence by Ethan Mollick. I am quite fascinated by how far AI is going to take us in our personal and professional lives.

What wins would you like to celebrate in the last six months or year at work or in life?

I’m personally proud of our newest product - the Air Fried chips. It has been a culmination of two years of R&D and solving some really difficult problems with getting it to scale.

Which industry leader’s behaviour have you been most impacted by?

Nike upped its persuasion game by focusing on grit with its ‘Winning Isn’t For Everyone’. In a world of AI-generated ads, the human side and story of grit are still overpowering.

A recent ad film from the previous month that caught your attention?

I have always relished the Super Bowl ads, but the more recent ad, ‘Winning isn’t for everyone’ by Nike, has been very impactful.
