Blenders International and John Distilleries have partnered to launch Paul John Luxury Blended Water, a non-alcoholic water designed to accompany artisanal beverages and premium pours.

The product enters India’s premium mixer segment with a formulation developed to complement the aroma, flavour and mouthfeel of premium pours. It is non-carbonated and contains no alcohol, sugar or calories. 

The water is intended for use while consuming alcoholic beverages, not in their manufacturing or distillation.

Developed under BIPL’s Plezure platform, the product uses a calibrated mineral formulation. The company says it evaluated 47 formulations and multiple water sources before finalising Plezure Batch 01. The formulation is described as patent-applied.

The product is targeted at fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, hospitality suites, private gatherings and premium corporate gifting.

BIPL is the authorised manufacturing partner for the product. Its manufacturing process includes natural source water extraction, multi-stage filtration, double reverse osmosis purification, ultraviolet treatment, ozone sterilisation and automated bottling. 

The partnership brings together John Distilleries’ Paul John brand and BIPL’s Plezure platform to develop a premium water accompaniment for India’s premium mixer and hospitality markets.
