Google Play has elevated Aditya Swamy as managing director. 

Swamy updated his LinkedIn profile to reflect this development. 

He was previously serving as regional director - Google Play India, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. 

Swamy joined Google in 2017 as industry head, large customer sales.
