Endemol Shine India has announced the appointment of Shivani Shankar as vice president and head – content (unscripted).

In a career spanning over two decades, she has helmed non-fiction and reality shows, which will bring in a rich legacy of creative leadership and format innovation to the role at Endemol Shine India. 

She has helmed properties such as India’s Best Dancer, Dance Deewane, Super Dancer, India’s Got Talent, Hunarbaaz Desh Ki Shaan, Hip Hop India for Amazon MX and India’s Best Dramebaaz and has collaborated with leading broadcast networks including Sony Entertainment Television, Viacom18, Zee TV, and NDTV Imagine.
