Preeti S Nayyar has announced her exit from Universal Music Group (UMG) and has now joined Billboard India as an advisor.

She was the senior vice president and business head, UMG, India & South Asia. Nayyar joined in 2017 as vice president - new business and brand partnerships, India and South Asia.

In a career spanning over 26 years, she has also worked with The Walt Disney Company and Twentieth Century Fox, among others.
