'Z' has announced the elevation of Laxmi Shetty as head - advertisement revenue, broadcast and digital, effective immediately. 

The Company and Ashish Sehgal (who has led the advertisement revenue vertical as Chief Growth Officer) have mutually agreed to part ways, as Ashish embarks on a journey to pursue new endeavours. Sehgal had joined the media organisation in 2006 as branch head - north and cluster head. 

Shetty was the chief sales strategy and maximisation officer before this development.

She will lead the Company’s efforts to enhance monetisation across the linear and digital businesses, further strengthening its financial foundation by maximising revenue generation. 

In this role, she will report directly to the CEO, Punit Goenka.
