Laqshya Media Group has announced the re-appointment of Bharat Bhushan Kedia as senior vice president and national head – planning and buying, effective immediately.

Based at the company’s Mumbai headquarters, Kedia will report to Amarjeet Hudda, chief operating officer, Laqshya Media.

In his new role, he will lead the planning and buying function nationally, focusing on strengthening strategic planning capabilities, improving buying efficiency, driving innovation, and delivering greater value to clients across the Group’s portfolio.

Kedia had briefly stepped away from professional responsibilities earlier this year for health and personal reasons. The organisation is delighted to welcome him back in an expanded national leadership role, reflecting the trust and confidence the Group’s leadership places in his capabilities.

In his previous role as senior vice president, Laqshya Media Group, he led key client relationships, drove strong business growth, and strengthened the company's market presence in the region.

Kedia’s appointment reflects Laqshya Media Group’s continued focus on nurturing internal talent, strengthening leadership capabilities and enhancing its integrated media offerings for brands across India.

Hudda said, “Bharat combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of clients and the media landscape. Over the years, he has consistently delivered growth, built lasting relationships, and demonstrated exceptional leadership. I am confident that his experience and vision will further strengthen our Planning & Buying capabilities and set new benchmarks for excellence in the function.”

Kedia added, “I am delighted to take on this responsibility at a time when the media and OOH ecosystem is evolving rapidly. Planning and buying today require a sharper blend of data, technology, market intelligence, and client-centric thinking. I look forward to working with our teams across the country to build stronger capabilities, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that help our clients achieve their business objectives.”
