PRHUB has announced a series of senior hires, role transitions and internal promotions as part of a restructuring of its leadership team.
The agency said the changes are aimed at creating a more leadership-driven structure, with senior executives taking greater responsibility for client relationships, strategic counsel, integrated campaigns and business growth across practices and markets.
The recent developments include:
- Harini Prabhu has joined as vice president, account management, Marcom and Digital. She was previously the COO, Namesake Productions till 2024.
- Krishnaprasad Balakrishnan (KP) has moved into a full-time role as executive creative director. He joined PRHUB last year in a consulting capacity before transitioning to the confirmed role this year.
- Beerendra Jha has joined as market lead, Chennai. He was previously the associate director, MSL India till 2025.
- Khurram Aslam has joined as market lead, Hyderabad. He was previously an account director at Value360 till January this year.
- Emilee Kashyap has been elevated to associate vice president and chief of staff. She was previously associate director, strategic initiatives and organisational support and joined PRHUB in 2023.
- Raji (Rajam) Sarath has been elevated to associate vice president, account management, content & personal branding. She was previously associate director, content and social media.
- Sonam Motreja has been elevated to associate vice president, influencer marketing, associate support & media buying. She was previously head, finance and administration and joined PRHUB in 2008 as manager, admin and finance.
While the appointments and role changes took place at different points, PRHUB has announced them together as part of its broader leadership restructuring and growth plans.
The changes follow a leadership assessment and capability-mapping exercise conducted by an independent senior professional to assess individual strengths against the evolving requirements of the business.
Following the assessment, the agency has revised its organisational structure and roles, with the changes expected to support its expansion into specialised offerings and integrated communications solutions.
Xavier Prabhu, founder and CEO, PRHUB, said, “Clients today need integrated thinking that delivers outcomes aligned to their business, branding and marketing priorities. They need lean partners equipped with the right blend of specialists, which is what the hiring of Harini and Krishna Prasad is about. Raji has been helming the fast-growing personal branding practice while Emilee has been quietly playing a strategic role in building the right organisational framework, and Sonam has built a profitable revenue stream out of the areas she’s been leading. Their promotion is our way of recognising their contribution and impending key role in PRHUB’s transformation. Beerendra and Khurram’s joining in Chennai and Hyderabad means we have senior leaders in 5 of India’s largest marketing, branding and PR markets. There are more senior hires, partnerships and strategic announcements in the offing as we ready PRHUB for transformation and exponential growth. Wish all of them well in their roles.”
