Google Pixel has rolled out a campaign, ‘It’s Pixel, actually’, featuring actors Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Martine McCutcheon.
Launched ahead of the holiday season, the campaign comprises a film. The ad draws inspiration from the Hollywood movie Love Actually, using some of the movie’s iconic scenes to showcase the cinematic capabilities of the Google Pixel 10, particularly its innovative Pro Res Zoom technology.
What we think about it: Through the movie references, the ad has tried to evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth for the festive season. The ad doesn’t let the narrative overshadow and puts the product at its heart.
The film released on 24 November.
