Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) has appointed Swapnil Deshmukh as head - operations. 

Based in Pune, Deshmukh will oversee the organisation’s operations portfolio across business operations, enterprise governance, process excellence, enterprise platform transformation and office experience.

Deshmukh brings more than two decades of experience across operations, business transformation, delivery governance, strategy execution, digital modernisation, ERP, analytics and AI. 

He moves from KPMG India, where he was an associate partner.

In a career spanning over 25 years, he has also worked with EY, Larsen & Toubro, Zycus and Raj Technologies, among others.
