Havas CX India has announced the appointment of Amandeep Singh Kochar as executive vice president - experience strategy and martech head. Kochar's last full-time agency stint was with VML, where he was senior vice president - client solutions and integration. He left the agency in September 2024 and co-founded Qbootr.

Kochar will be based in Gurugram and report to Manas Lahiri, chief growth officer, Havas India. Lahiri will be overlooking the CX division as well now as the unit is undergoing a structural change.
