Dish TV India has undertaken its journey of creating a creator’s economy, a complete ecosystem for professional content creators and consumers.
For this initiative, it launched Fliqs in its Watcho app, during the 2025 World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit.
The digital content segment aims to democratise content distribution and provide monetisation opportunities to all the content creators in India as well as content creators globally, for them to reach out to the Indian market.
Watcho Fliqs also intends to give freedom to professional content creators to showcase their content to millions of viewers and monetise without surrendering ownership.
This new offering also expands DishTV Watcho’s footprint in the digital content ecosystem, evolving from a content aggregator to a comprehensive entertainment platform.
With its user interface, AI-powered recommendation engine, and multi-screen interactions, Fliqs will also offer audiences a hyper-personalised entertainment experience.
