Raga by Titan's ‘Your Way Is Beautiful' campaign

Raga by Titan has rolled out a campaign, ‘Your Way Is Beautiful’, featuring actor Alia Bhatt.

Conceptualised by Ogilvy, the campaign comprises three ad films.

The films depict everyday situations where women face judgement, assumptions and unsolicited opinions.

In the first film (above), Bhatt is shown at a club with a friend, moving between work and a meal, when a man across the room repeatedly stares at her. Her friend points this out, only for a woman to return to the man’s table, revealing that he is married. Rather than confronting the man, Bhatt, wearing Raga by Titan jewellery, approaches his wife and compliments her beauty. The wife graciously accepts the compliment, after which Bhatt turns to the husband and says, “How do you keep your eyes off her?”

The second film opens with three women gossiping about another woman, criticising her home, interiors and single status. When they call her “too picky”, Bhatt overhears and reframes it: she is not picky, but “particular”, choosing between London and New York for her next career move. Bhatt then warmly greets the woman they were gossiping about.

The third film is set in an office pantry, where two male colleagues discuss the new menstrual leave mandate. One dismisses the idea, questioning who would give leave for mood swings, while the other argues that period cramps “aren’t that bad.” A woman making coffee overhears their conversation before stepping in sarcastically: “Wow, you know so much about periods. Do you get them too?” She then corrects their pronunciation of “menstrual” before walking away.

All three films end with the line: “You know how to do the difficult thing beautifully.”

What we think about it: The product placements are prominent but well integrated into the storytelling, ensuring the jewellery feels present without becoming flashy or distracting. The films are engaging, and the everyday scenarios are easy to connect with, making the campaign captivating to watch. However, positioning taking the gracious way as the ideal response risks reinforcing the idea that women should remain soft, gracious and restrained in a world that often demands they be anything but.

The campaign was released on YouTube on 22 August.
