Rohit Ohri has announced the launch of Ohriginal, a 'culture consultancy'.
The company aims to help organisations unlock the true potential of their culture through storytelling, leadership coaching, and cultural immersion.
Their approach intends to enable companies to decode their CulturePulse - the unseen energy that drives people and performance and define a CulturePrint, an actionable philosophy grounded in purpose and values.
By activating culture across leadership behaviours, internal communication, and everyday rituals, Ohriginal aspires to ensure culture becomes a lived experience.
They will also mentor internal culture to sustain this momentum at scale. Ohriginal is built for leaders who want more than just a purpose statement - it's for those who see culture as a driver of innovation, reputation, retention, and growth.
Already collaborating with founders, growth-stage startups, and organisations, Ohriginal offers a signature 90-minute ‘culture diagnostic’ workshop. This immersive session is designed to help leadership teams identify what's working, what’s not, and what could be. It marks the first step toward a deeper understanding of organisational culture and sets the foundation for meaningful transformation.
Ohri was previously at FCB, where he served as the global partner and spent over eight years with the company.
He exited the company in September last year.
By staying independent and hands-on, Ohri, through Ohriginal aims to bring senior-level thinking and direct collaboration to every client engagement.
Ohri said, “I’ve seen the magic up close - the kind that feels like catching lightning in a bottle. And that magic was always culture. Not perks. Not processes. Culture. Ohriginal isn’t a consulting firm with layers. It’s a company of one - but it draws from a lifetime of leadership, creativity, and cultural transformation. I work directly with leaders to help them define and activate the cultural energy that fuels performance.“Great cultures don’t just happen, they’re designed, lived, and sustained - from the inside out.”
