Independent agency One Hand Clap, known for its brand storytelling on social media, has secured fresh investment from entrepreneur and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, marking a significant step in its growth journey.

The founder of One Hand Clap, Aakash Shah announced the development through his LinkedIn profile.

The agency gained widespread attention with its parody campaign for e-cycle brand Emotorad, featuring MS Dhoni in a spoof of the Bollywood film Animal.

Since its inception, the agency has expanded to a team of 85 and built a client roster that includes Swiggy, BGMI, Netflix, CoinDCX, and Bajaj Chetak, among others.

Kamath’s investment is expected to strengthen One Hand Clap’s creative and production capabilities as it looks to scale further.

Known for backing unconventional ventures across sectors, Kamath adds the agency to a growing portfolio of strategic bets in the Indian startup and media ecosystem.
