iCubesWire, a global MarTech solution provider spanning content, influencer marketing, media, and film production, has launched CreatorOps, an AI-driven platform aimed at simplifying and accelerating influencer campaign management.

The launch comes at a time when brands are increasing investments in influencer marketing, even as backend operations remain largely dependent on manual coordination. Agencies and marketers continue to manage multiple creators through fragmented processes, often leading to missed feedback, delayed approvals, and execution slowdowns.

CreatorOps seeks to address these inefficiencies through a centralised dashboard that tracks every stage of a campaign, from script development to final video delivery. By replacing ad-hoc communication across emails, messaging apps, and shared folders with a structured workflow, the platform reduces friction and limits the need for constant follow-ups.

The system enables collaboration by housing scripts, feedback loops, and creative assets in a single interface. Delays in approvals or asset submissions are automatically flagged, allowing teams to intervene before timelines are affected.

At the core of the platform is AI-driven automation designed to manage repetitive operational tasks. This includes reconciling revised content with client feedback and identifying discrepancies early in the production cycle. CreatorOps also scans creative material for potential legal or brand compliance risks before filming begins, helping prevent costly reshoots and revisions.

A built-in service-level agreement, or ‘clock’ system, tracks turnaround time across creators, agencies, and clients. This provides clear visibility into where delays originate and enables faster resolution. Brand managers can monitor campaign progress in real time without relying on manual status updates.

According to the company, early adoption has delivered measurable results. Campaigns executed through CreatorOps are reportedly moving around 40 per cent faster, driven by automation and more streamlined communication across stakeholders.

iCubesWire is currently onboarding brand partners onto the platform, positioning CreatorOps as a core part of its influencer marketing operations. The move signals a strategic shift towards technology-led campaign management as brands look to scale creator collaborations with greater speed, accountability, and efficiency.

Sahil Chopra, co-founder and CEO, iCubesWire, said, “The industry is growing rapidly, but the systems are yet to catch up. iCubesWire CreatorOps provides our clients with a systematic AI-driven platform that brings all stakeholders onto the same page by clearly defining brand guidelines, streamlining feedback, and offering visibility into creative assets and communication channels to effectively manage large-scale influencer campaigns.”
