Breezer, to take its cultural outreach a step further, has rolled out a full-time content creator programme aimed at India’s Gen Z.

Titled the 'Breezer Tribe Creator Program', the initiative looks to embed young creators into the heart of the brand’s content and community-building efforts.

The initiative is co-developed with Only Much Louder (OML), which recently conducted a study with Breezer to understand Gen Z behaviour. The research indicated that over half of Gen Z respondents feel bolder on Instagram than in real life, a third prefer close-knit social settings, and around 30% open up more in shared environments.

After introducing Breezer Tribe as a platform that celebrates self-expression and contemporary culture, the brand now aims to involve young Indians in its internal creative process.

The programme is open to applicants aged 21 to 25 and is positioned as a chance to help shape what youth culture looks like, both online and offline.

Those selected will work two days a week out of Breezer’s headquarters while creating a minimum of three content pieces reels or static posts weekly. They’ll also share behind-the-scenes glimpses, jump on trend-led formats, and provide live coverage of Breezer’s events.

Importantly, the brief includes actively engaging with youth communities and representing a personal vibe that aligns with the Tribe's ethos.

The application process cuts out the conventional filters of CVs and cover letters. Instead, candidates are asked to submit a creative reel and a content idea they’d like to pursue within the Tribe.

With this programme, Breezer is positioning itself not just as a beverage brand but as a cultural participant - offering young creators both visibility and access. In return, the brand gets to have a closer connect with its audience.

Daksh Bhardwaj, brand manager, Breezer, said, "With Breezer Tribe, we’re not just looking for content creators—we’re building a community of cultural contributors who truly embody the spirit of today’s youth. We want to empower young voices, celebrate their creativity, and give them a platform to co-create the next wave of culture with us. That’s why we’re keeping the application process simple and real—no résumés or cover letters, just a creative reel that reflects who you are and a content idea you’re excited to bring to life as part of the Breezer Tribe. If you’re ready to keep it real and make your mark, we want you in the Tribe."
