The merger brings together Ykone's global network, its Indian agency BarCode, which it acquired in 2024, and Mirror Mirror's creative and production expertise into a single operating ecosystem.

Global influencer marketing company, Ykone has announced its merger with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror to form a new integrated group named One, significantly expanding its creative, technology and new-age media capabilities in India and globally.

The merger brings together Ykone’s global network, its Indian agency BarCode, which it acquired in 2024, and Mirror Mirror’s creative and production expertise into a single operating ecosystem.

The combined group spans more than 400 employees across 20 international cities and represents USD 150 million in revenue. It has been formed to address growing brand demand for creativity at scale and global execution, as influencer marketing continues its rapid expansion and is projected to reach USD 90 billion by 2030.

For the Indian market in particular, the formation of One creates an end-to-end offering for luxury and premium brands, blending data-driven influencer strategy with creative, content, and experiential production.

Mirror Mirror’s track record of delivering campaigns and events for global luxury clients, including LVMH, Chanel and Hermès, is now integrated with Ykone and BarCode’s strong foothold in the Indian influencer and creator economy.

The One group now encompasses Ykone’s international operations, BarCode’s India-focused market leadership, Mirror Mirror’s creative and production studios, talent management firm Bold, and Ykone’s proprietary data platform Campaygn.

The structure is designed to provide a unified alternative to the traditionally fragmented agency model, aligning strategy, creativity and execution within a single integrated framework.

Beyond BarCode’s core influencer marketing strength, the group will now enable clients with immersive influencer technology, cutting-edge creative direction, and leverage Mirror Mirror’s portfolio and talent.

Olivier Billon, founder, Ykone Group, said, “The creation of One is a strategic evolution of our vision to provide a truly holistic solution to our clients globally. India is a market of immense strategic importance, and by integrating Mirror Mirror’s world-class creative and production talent, we are empowering our Indian team to deliver unparalleled brand experiences. This is not just about consolidation; it’s about elevating the very definition of what’s possible in new-age media.”

Juliette Lambert, founder, Mirror Mirror, added, “The integration of Mirror Mirror into One represents a major strategic milestone for our growth. We are joining a group that is clearly future-oriented. We share the conviction that an integrated approach combining influencer strategy, production and events is now essential to serve brands on a global scale. This alliance gives us the means to accelerate, innovate and support our talents in new territories.”

Rahul Khanna, founder, BarCode, said, “When BarCode joined Ykone, we brought unparalleled local expertise to a global leader. Now, with the addition of Mirror Mirror’s creative genius, we are in a league of our own. This merger equips us to move beyond conventional influencer campaigns and architect comprehensive, culturally resonant brand narratives through world-class creative and experiential events. For our clients in India, this means access to a level of integrated, creative firepower that was previously unattainable in the agency landscape.”
