Google has rolled out a Christmas campaign, 'Shop your vibe', featuring actor Sarah Jessica Parker to showcase AI mode offerings.

The film opens with Parker walking her dog, remarking that it’s a lovely time of year, when the whole city seems to dress up just for you. She stops at a street vendor to pick up fresh, hot roasted nuts, then notices people around her carrying gifts and comments on how beautifully they’re wrapped. Back home, she turns to Google AI to look for an outfit. She types in her prompt, receives a recommendation, previews how it will look on her, and lands on the perfect outfit for her festive night out. The film closes with her reflecting on how funny it is that the city not only dresses up, but also helps you do the same.

What we think about it: The film has a warm, festive charm, using Sarah Jessica Parker’s easy presence to make AI feel intuitive, personal, and quietly helpful rather than technical. By grounding Google’s virtual try-on and discovery tools in everyday city moments, it turns holiday shopping into something that feels aspirational yet effortless.
