Based in Gurugram, The Native follows a lean, partner-led model supported by a network of seasoned collaborators across content, media, digital, and policy.

Communications strategist and former Burson India and Omnicom Singapore executive Vineet Recriwal, has launched The Native, a brand marketing and communications advisory built to help founders, startups, and high-growth businesses shape sharper narratives, strengthen visibility, and build reputations that hold in competitive markets.

Positioning itself as a partner to leadership teams, the company is structured to deliver senior thinking from day one. The focus is on cutting through layers of bloated execution and getting to the heart of fast-moving businesses' needs: clarity, context, and credibility.

Rooted in India but built with regional ambition, The Native will work across market entry strategy, brand positioning, reputation and issue management, thought leadership, and both investor and internal communications.

Its approach intends to blend narrative thinking with business insight and a strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly useful for companies looking to scale or enter complex new markets.

Based in Gurugram, The Native follows a lean, partner-led model supported by a network of seasoned collaborators across content, media, digital, and policy.

With an aim of doubling its client roster and talent bench in the next six months, the firm also plans to expand into Southeast Asia by 2026.

Recriwal said, “Most early and growth-stage businesses do not need bloated 360-degree communication - they need clarity. Their struggle is not due to poor execution, but because they misread the market. They need someone who understands their ambition, reads market signals, and can translate that into the right message, to the right people, through the right channel. That’s where The Native comes in - as a sharp, strategic partner that brings ecosystem context, narrative focus, and execution insight from day one - to help businesses enter new markets with context, and shape their positioning with conviction."
