Your 5 to 9 routine after your 9 to 5?

My evenings are generally spent with my son. I like to go for a swim or play tennis in the evening. I like to watch a new movie/play if there is an interesting one or maybe just work on a Lego. Post dinner I like to catch up on work quickly to clear my emails and prioritise the upcoming day.

A book or show you recently read/watched that you would recommend?

The last book I read was Contagious by Jonah Berger. It’s a must-read. It breaks down the psychology behind virality so simply.

What wins would you like to celebrate in the last six months or year at work or in life?

It’s been exactly six months since I joined CaratLane. These past six months have been both professionally rewarding and personally grounding. At work, I have launched three large campaigns which have not only garnered a lot of love but have exceeded performance benchmarks. On the personal front, I’ve managed to carve out time for consistency - whether it’s building healthier habits, travelling with intention, or simply reading more. It's those small, everyday wins that create lasting impact.

Which industry leader has impacted you the most?

Late Ratan Tata will always be my true icon of leadership and integrity.

The biggest development in the A&M industry this month?

April 2025 proved to be a defining month in India’s advertising and marketing landscape. The convergence of major religious festivals — from Ram Navami, Tamil New Year, and Vishu, to Good Friday — coupled with the high-octane presence of the IPL created a unique window of consumer engagement and brand visibility.

A recent ad film from the previous month that caught your attention?

Nike’s, 'So Win' brand anthem caught my attention recently. It is a refreshing campaign and celebrates the power of sport. The film features noted women athletes.
