Will address seven core business objectives across three broad themes.

Ipsos Synthesio, the Social Intelligence Analytics (SIA) capability of Ipsos, that combines social listening with Ipsos’ global research has launched Express Insights.

With this offering, it aims to provide clients across 177 product categories with real-time insights into consumer conversations and behaviours.

The Synthesio Express Delivery mechanism is designed to address seven core business objectives across three broad themes. First, understand Consumers, which includes insights into their moments and routines as well as their motivations and needs. Second, consumer pain points, which cover identifying need gaps and areas for innovation or new solutions. Third, identify trends, focusing on emerging flavours and ingredients, product formats, and brand KPIs in a competitive context.

This structured approach aspires to help brands quickly uncover actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.

Maitreyi Menon, country lead, Ipsos Synthesio, India said, “In the new normal of a hyperconnected world where social media and hashtags are the call of the day, we endeavour to provide marketers fast access to learnings (all within 6 working hours) to take timely actions. The report looks at one use case per category and is a five-slider templatised deck and can look at 12 months of backdated data.”

Ashwini Sirsikar, group service line leader, Ipsos UU and Ipsos Synthesio, India, added, “With our client-first approach, we are conditioned to look at clients’ challenges as our own. We endeavour to make social intelligence accessible through templated, social insights across product categories – from food and beverages to personal care, health and wellness, beauty and makeup, home and kitchen, snacks, automobiles, electronics, pet care, finance, travel, among others.”
