Your 5 to 9 routine after your 9 to 5?

Quick industry reading to stay sharp, family time with my sons, and a little space for mentoring or upskilling perfect balance of growth and grounding.

A book or show you recently read/watched that you would recommend?

Think Again by Adam Grant - it’s a powerful reminder to challenge assumptions and stay adaptable.

What wins would you like to celebrate from the last six months or a year, at work or in life?

Successfully steering challenging PR campaigns, securing client wins, and mentoring my team to grow into stronger communicators.

Which industry leader has impacted you the most?

I don’t really follow one role model. I believe in learning from diverse leaders and experiences, taking inspiration where it resonates and building my own path.

The biggest development in the A&M industry this month…

Generative AI stepping into the heart of brand storytelling - it’s reshaping how we craft, personalise, and scale narratives.

A recent ad film from the previous month that caught your attention?

The Emirates ad film "Introducing ice: The World's Best Inflight Movies and Entertainment" caught my attention for its imaginative and high-energy portrayal of the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment system. Emirates ads are very forward-looking, interesting, different, and extremely creative, and I love them.
